Preconstruction Management

Preconstruction management services begin at the earliest project planning stages. At the conceptual design stage, scoping and preliminary estimates are developed to further the feasibility, funding, preliminary designs, environmental clearances and ultimately, project approvals.

At the final design stage, detailed plans are drawn, engineering estimates are provided and construction budgets can be forecast, moving the final project plan forward. Contracts are awarded and site work commences.

We have also established close ties with the various municipalities throughout our region.
