Quality Control

The quality of a building project depends on the quality control procedures demanded by the builder. As your construction manager or general contractor, we provide a quality control & assurance plan that monitors daily work progress. This means providing all of the necessary inspections and tests required to ensure that work complies with the Contract Documents, at a minimum. The highest quality of workmanship is expected and achieved consistently by our teams. 
It’s our job to confirm that all aspects of the project are following the project requirements. We regularly consult the following documentation as needed: 

• Project Specifications
• Industry Reference Standards
• Project Submittals
• Project Correspondence
• Operations & Maintenance Manuals 

When we are fully confident with the quality of the project, we then proceed with the turnover process ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with their new building.
