The success of any building project depends on the rigor of its quality control processes. As your construction manager or general contractor, Trumbull-Nelson implements a comprehensive quality control and assurance plan that monitors progress on a daily basis.

This includes conducting all required inspections and testing to ensure compliance with contract documents—at a minimum—while consistently achieving a higher standard of workmanship across every phase of construction.

Our responsibility is to verify that every aspect of the project aligns with established requirements. To do so, we regularly reference key documentation, including:

• Project specifications
• Industry standards
• Submittals
• Project correspondence
• Operations and maintenance manuals

Only when we are fully confident that these standards have been met do we move forward with project turnover—delivering a finished building that meets expectations and ensures complete client satisfaction.
