Nature of Work: 20,040-square-foot historic renovation to university learning facility.

Location: Durham, New Hampshire

The Project was a minor historic renovation that included the ground level, first floor and second floor. 

Exterior work included rebuilding the front entrance, side porch entrance and the porch entrance to the garden area and painting all exterior trim. 

Interior work included some partition changes to support the stairwell enclosures and data support, relocating all exposed utility pathways in the common areas, creating vertical pathways, and installing new flooring, ceilings and lighting and painting throughout the building.
