Tri Delta Sorority House

Nature of Work: Renovation of 1905 Dutch Colonial 7,000 SF sorority house

Location: Hanover, New Hampshire

Trumbull-Nelson completed a fast-track, 7,000 square foot renovation to Tri Delta Sorority house during Dartmouth College's summer term.

The work had a critical completion date and involved complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems, and modification to the existing sprinkler system. The completed Project also provided for new handicap access to the building, an addition that included a new kitchen area, restroom and living space, as well as a complete facelift and new finishes throughout. The Project was completed on time and within budget.
