Nature of Work: Two additions to expand restaurant seating.

Location: Hanover, New Hampshire

The founders of Jesse's Steakhouse wanted a log cabin dinner house that was "reminiscent of the Victorian Old West." 

As business took off and Jesse's became a popular local hangout, the owners expanded two times; first adding a "greenhouse" seating area, and then later the Adirondack Lodge style dining room and outdoor deck.
