Nature of Work: Design-Build Turnkey 23,700 SF Butler® Building
 
Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
 
FedEx is known globally for its courier delivery services. Trumbull-Nelson was contracted as Design-Builder for a 23,700 square foot turnkey distribution warehouse and office facility. 21,000 square feet of the Project was designed for warehouse use. Despite encountering difficult site conditions, T-N completed the Project in 13 months, pleasing both the building owner and tenant.
 
Trumbull-Nelson was later engaged for a dock addition and has continued to maintain and improve the building for FedEx through different ownerships. T-N recently completed an investigation of roof conditions and performed maintenance where necessary.
