Nature of Work: Construct new 51,000 SF community center, and later a 4,000 SF addition

Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

This 51,000-square-foot facility includes a 25-yard glass-enclosed swimming pool, whirlpool area and saunas, free weight room, cardiovascular center, circuit training room, two indoor racquetball courts, child activities room, community meeting room, indoor basketball court, adult and child locker rooms and gymnasium. 

The Timken Wing added another 4,000 square feet to the complex to contain a full-service childcare facility, aerobic dance space and expanded cardio-vascular weight and nautilus facilities. The Wing was designed for the future addition of a third floor.
