Sunapee Town Garage

Nature of Work: Construct a 12,000 SF, wood-framed facility including office support space.

Location: Sunapee, New Hampshire

Trumbull-Nelson was the Design-Build Construction Manager on the Town Highway Garage in Sunapee, NH. The 12,000 square foot, wood-framed facility included office support space for department personnel. The design was sized and developed using actual Town equipment to assess practical needs.

The Project included extensive site work, blasting and ledge removal, and a separate Salt Shed facility.
