Nature of Work: 1,212 SF Addition and 11,372 SF Renovations to a 14-bed, Level 1 nursing home facility while residents remained in place

Location: Woodstock, Vermont

Construction included minor renovations and an addition. The new addition housed a larger activity room to upper level and new dining facility on the lower level. The work also involved complete renovation of HVAC, sprinkler/fire alarm, electrical, nurse call and security upgrade.  All of the work occurred within a fully occupied building.

Renovations included:

• Private nurses’ office
• Combined the tub and shower room
• New beauty parlor
• Storage space
• New accounting office
