UNH Conant Hall

Nature of Work: 16,596-square-foot historic renovation to university learning facility.

Location: Durham, New Hampshire

The Project was an occupied renovation of the historic Conant Hall, built in 1893. Work was performed on the ground, first and third floors. 

Some minor partition changes were made on the ground and first floor. 

New flooring, ceilings, lighting and painting were installed on all levels, as were split cooling systems for interior offices. Dedicated power for all exterior offices was installed to support portable AC units.
