The Parker Bar + Bistro
Nature of Work: Exterior and interior renovations to historic home for use as a restaurant and event facility.
Location: Quechee, Vermont
This elaborate mid-19th-century house was constructed by J.C. Parker in 1857, and more recently was used as a bed and breakfast known as The Parker House Inn. The Inn was purchased by the Simon Pearce company with the intention of reopening it as a restaurant. State tax credits supported the façade repairs and restoration work to complement the outdoor dining experience. Once open, the restaurant will provide service for casual dining and private events.
