Having recently completed a significant commercial project for the Owners in Sunapee, it was an easy decision for them to look to Trumbull-Nelson when they were ready to build their new contemporary Craftsmen style-inspired lake cottage.

The 2-story, 3-bedroom cottage is situated on 2.7 acres by Lake Sunapee. To make the most of the spectacular lake view, the cottage has large picture windows and a spacious deck for outdoor living.
