Nature of Work: 8,732 GSF addition

Location: Littleton, New Hampshire

This project won the American Institute of Architects New Hampshire Chapter Merit Award and the American Institute of Architects Vermont Chapter Merit Award.

New construction included a one story plus mezzanine 8,732 gross square foot addition to an existing 13,505 gross square foot building. 

The existing building required minor renovation work. New construction included a loading dock, outdoor pavilion and the addition.

The addition consisted of grocery space, community room/café, cashiers' area and support offices, service desk, back of house space with new cooler and freezer, and public restrooms, open mezzanine with offices.
