Nature of Work: Renovations and addition to convert 14,700 SF of historic retail building dating back to 1895 into a legal resource center

Location: South Royalton, Vermont

Trumbull-Nelson completed a 14,700 square foot renovation to a 117-year-old downtown landmark, combining historical accuracy with green building standards.

The Project restored an underused and deteriorating building, and created a modern and functioning facility, integrating campus and community. The work included selective demolition and re-build, handicapped access, and a wide variety of sustainable design features.
