You Need it When?

Last summer Trumbull-Nelson completed a fast-track 7,000-square-foot renovation of Dartmouth College’s Delta Delta Delta Sorority House. The project needed to be completed during the Dartmouth Summer term, when the majority of students were away. Based on designs from Fleck and Lewis Architects, Trumbull-Nelson’s team completely replaced the mechanical and electrical systems, while modifying the existing sprinkler system. A key goal of the project was also to provide handicap access to the building, including modifications to the kitchen, rest rooms, and living space.
