Commitment and Dedication

When I look around our community today I’m constantly reminded that sustained success requires bold commitments and a steady, long-term, investment. The three main stories in this issue of Constructive Images touch on the results of dedicated and sustained efforts. In each case I look at the example these companies, communities, and individuals have set and think about the lessons that we all can learn from what they have done and continue to do.

Given the state of the economy, there is probably no more daunting challenge than that of trying to nurture ample support in a community for the multi-million dollar investment required to build or improve a local school. There is also no more valuable investment for a community to make. As a contractor and construction manager we have spent countless hours working side-by-side with elected officials to develop solutions that meet the needs of growing and changing communities. It is never an easy process, and it would never happen without the endless dedication of volunteers in each town. We fully understand that process is not easy, and that much of the work that goes into a project of that sort occurs before a single shovel full of dirt can be moved. We enjoy being able to provide support and counsel through the pre-construction stages, lending our creativity as well as the benefit of our experiences in the past. We are thrilled to be able to congratulate Grantham on the completion of their expansion of the Grantham Village School.

When I look at what Ed Kerrigan has done with his businesses in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and throughout the area, I see another proven case of the benefits of making an unwavering commitment to understand and serve the needs of one’s community. We are thrilled that Ed continues to put his trust in Trumbull-Nelson to create the structures that house businesses that continue to fuel our communities in so many ways. If there is ever anything Trumbull-Nelson can do to help you reach your goals, please let us know…we are always excited to offer our assistance.
