Success is in the Details

For a few weeks I was beginning to wonder if this past winter was ever going to end. Now that spring has finally arrived, we couldn’t be more excited to be back outside, and hard at work in the fresh air. We decided to dedicate a portion of this issue of Constructive Images to some members of our team who we like to keep inside when we can. They are guys who make our Millwork Shop one of the most valuable parts of our Company.

Being able to complete our own millwork means we can fully control many more of the fine details that ultimately lead to satisfied customers. Whether that involves creating custom workspaces in a laboratory, cabinets in a home, or a staircase that transforms the experience of walking up to the next floor, for us the key to success is in the details. We know that this applies to everything, from our biggest jobs to what might seem like a small home renovation. We never forget what Jack DeGange reminds us all in his article about our Home Projects Group, that when it’s your house there is no such thing as a small renovation or one that doesn’t require homeowners to make adjustments in their own lives. We know that the time we put into listening carefully to everything a customer needs, not just what they want to build, is a vital part of making a job successful.

I invite you to give us a call to talk about any projects, big or small, that you think deserve the attention to detail and absolute quality that Trumbull-Nelson delivers every day.
