Trumbull-Nelson’s Approach to Construction Management

By Frank J. Barrett, Jr.

When you do business in the north country, and have been successful over a longer period, you are comfortable with all areas of pre-planning, planning, design, construction and closeout. Philosophically, we believe that a true partnership is vital to creating a successful project. To this end, Trumbull-Nelson works to foster teamwork and strive for continual improvement of customer relations.

The great baseball manager Casey Stengel once said, “Getting the players is easy. What’s hard is getting them to play together.” Trumbull-Nelson brings many years of commercial and industrial construction management experience to every project. Taking control means working to establish a management plan, and driving the plan through professional skill, effective communication and sincere respect for team members and project participants.

Here are a few recently completed Trumbull-Nelson projects that utilized a Construction Management delivery format.
