"Working with a very tight site, a very tight budget and a very diverse set of interests and priorities, we had our work cut out for us as we wrestled with the challenges of trying to design a facility that needed to be all things for all people.

Trumbull-Nelson, together with architect Peter Tennant and engineer Provan and Lorber, did a supurb job of working with the Facility Planning Committee.  All three companies went above and beyond in helping the Committee explore numerous site design and facility lay-out alternatives and stood quietly by as various "user factions" wrestled for their share of sufficient space.  Trumbull-Nelson, Tennant-Wallace and Provan and Lorber were absolutely committed to helping us explore various cost options, recognizing that we were trying to build a flexible, multi-purpose facility on an extremely tight budget."
