New England Electric Trumbull-Nelson brought its skilled Design/Build Construction Management Team of professionals to the 120,000 square foot addition requirements of New England Electric Wire Company, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty wire and cable that was founded in 1898. The company, located in Lisbon, NH, has added approximately 26,000 square feet of office and lab space, and 94,000 square feet of manufacturing area to an existing 240,000 square foot facility. The project, completed in the summer of 2001, was a successful collaboration of two Northern New England Companies -- each with a long history of providing superior products and services to commercial and industrial clients. |

Creative Biomolecules, Inc. Trumbull-Nelson Design/Build The Office and Biopharmaceutical Research Plant is a 55,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility. Trumbull-Nelson's efforts for CBM have included related "process piping" and specialized "clean room" construction, both locally and in a separate Hopkinton, Massachusetts facility. |
Luminescent Systems, Inc. Design/Build Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company was Design/Build Construction Manager for an 82,000 square foot manufacturing facility built for Luminescent Systems, Inc., in Lebanon, NH. The work included a complex HVAC system, a multitude of Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, approximately 18,000 s.f. of office space, and three chemical storage rooms. The shell and siding utilize Butler building materials. Wayne Bonhag, PE, worked as a consultant to Trumbull-Nelson on the LSI project. He recently received a First Place Award for Technology from ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) for this Project. |
