Stonewall Farm
Keene, New Hampshire

Martin Moore, Designer

Trumbull-Nelson, in its role as Construction Manager, recently teamed up with Stonewall Farm's volunteer board and building committee and Designer, Martin Moore, to complete work on a new dairy barn complex. Work for the nonprofit educational working farm also included extensive renovation. The design incorporates traditional New England barn elements with the modern features of a tie-stall facility. The complex includes three separate barns and a machine shop/storage area.

Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company completed what has been described as a state-of-the-art dairy farm in Norwich, Vermont. The project included construction of 4 separate barn buildings, totaling approximately 25,000 square feet. The main room for approximately 95 Holsteins is about 44 feet wide and 200 feet long. The buildings, that serve a variety of farm functions, were designed by Martin Moore, of Coastal Designers and Consultants Inc.

Riding Stable and Horse Arena
Roxbury, Vermont

Trumbull-Nelson Design/Build

Green rolling hills and striking foliage colors created a unique backdrop and visual collage during construction of the 20,000 square foot riding stable, horse arena and office area. The impressive equestrian complex matched form with function, and complemented the surrounding rural environment. The pre-engineered wood building provided superior quality control and design flexibility.
