From the very first day, his enthusiasm and innate sense of how to get things done on the job made Bruce a valued Company asset. Trumbull-Nelson, to its credit, quickly recognized undeveloped potential when Bruce Tracy approached the Company in 1988 seeking full-time work. Bruce had recently completed 18 years with a Claremont, NH manufacturer that was halting business operations. From the very first day, his enthusiasm and innate sense of how to get things done on the job made Bruce a valued Company asset. In time, Bruce found himself in lead roles, handling many of T-N’s smaller commercial and residential projects. Today, his skill range is obvious to all of T-N’s Project Management staff. Recently, he’s been called on to build a Kosher kitchen at Dartmouth College’s Thayer Dining Hall, and to complete a glass entrance at Luminescent Systems, Inc., in Lebanon, NH.
Bruce, his wife Debbie, and daughters, Katelyn and Megan reside in Cornish, NH. The Tracys’ are all very active supporters of local and high school recreation programs. Katelyn and Megan are outstanding Windsor High School athletes, involved in soccer, softball, field hockey, basketball and track. As one would expect, Bruce and Debbie spend a lot of non-work hours supporting their daughters’ sports team activities. When time is available to pursue personal hobbies, Bruce enjoys stock car racing, camping, hiking, canoeing and woodworking. Trumbull-Nelson is proud of its association with Bruce Tracy, an individual whose determination and hard work has helped him to grow within the industry, and helped the Company build on 85 years of service to northern New England clients.
