Founded in 1917, Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc., has been serving northern New England clients for the past 90 years. Our company has grown from its beginnings as a builder of fine homes in the Hanover area to become the Upper Valley's largest General Contractor, specializing in all types of institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential construction.

Trumbull-Nelson’s service bias is decidedly towards the Construction Management process, and towards establishing solid client and Team relationships that help ensure Project success.  This process comes with the solid, personal commitment and contractual agreement to serve the needs of our clients.

It’s a system that incorporates effective management leadership, enhanced communication, and broad contract administration.

Our Professional Construction Managers possess the experience, training and supervisory skill to handle all aspects of a project, from beginning to end, including design, scheduling, and construction.

The input of qualified experts can increase chances of success. And as all parties (client, contractor and subcontractor team) listen to understand each need, it is more likely that all expectations will be met.

Often, the best approach to helping a building client to clearly identify his specific needs and wants is to ‘shut up and listen.’ It is a critical process built upon trust.

Project planning that incorporates a team of industry professionals goes far toward providing a clearer understanding of a project’s scope, and the resources necessary to achieve success.
